Loved the complexity of this whole storyline. So many characters and directions and a mystery unsolved. Kept me glued to the book.

Lawyer, Will Nye works with Global Universal Airlines, one of the largest and most prestigious airlines in the sky. Ben Buck is the CEO of GUA and a force to be reckoned with. He has money, power, but nearest and dearest to his heart is GUA. Suddenly one of his 747's has crashed and everyone, including the crew, have all perished. With a full investigation in progress, another of GUA's 747's has crashed also killing everyone on board. Now the question is whether these planes were sabotaged or not. Will is working diligently alongside the FBI to try and find answers as to why/how these extremely safe and sturdy built planes could just suddenly go down. As they scramble for answers, the airline is now is jeopardy of a takeover by none other than the ruthless and money hungry J. Stephen Girard. Stocks of GUA are dropping with each downed plane, and Girard is doing his utmost to gain control.

Will Nye is a confirmed bachelor who enjoys life going from woman to woman with no strings attached. He enjoys his freedom, but also enjoys the company of a pretty woman from time to time. But flight attendant Donna Harney has become quite a distraction for Will and he is having feelings for her that he can't quite escape. But when push comes to shove, Will begins to feel somehow cornered and continues his streak of seeing other woman, much to Donna's disdain.

An incredible story that will keep you on the edge of your seat!!!

If you like big business you'll love this book.

I would have given it 4 stars but I don't have much interest in the business world and company takeovers. Well written, great character development, and I enjoyed most of the story. Big businesses must be brutal in real life if they are anything like what this book describes. I even learned that career and careen mean basically the same thing when used as they were in this book:), e.g. My car careered across the highway.

I won this book in a goodreads giveaway.
I really liked this book, it kind of slows down in the middle, but it really takes you for a ride. A real eye opener for me into the business world and politics.
