Another entry in the Precinct: Siberia series. Some nut is bombing an abortion clinic, and Joe Lawless is on the case. Meanwhile, some other sicko is raping both halves of heterosexual couples, and Barbara Baabalino is on that case. Finally some guy steals the truck belonging to Frank Piccolo's nephew. Now they're going to be in real trouble.

All the cases come to satisfactory conclusions. Pretty good stuff.
