Two stars for the dated info and lacking ebook formatting but an additional star for the very good variety of cuisines included. Not just Chinese, Japanese or a variety. They are tucked into sections by country in question. Go check it out :)
The nutrition and health-related references are dated (published in the late 80s, if I'm not wrong). i.e.: Eggs: Limit them to three a week (bad for your health, again).
There are a (truly) wide variety of cuisines in this book with good and healthier alternatives. It isn't meant to be an authentic version of dishes but also a good way to replicate it at home. (Especially at such a time in 2020.)
The formating on ebook needed a thorough look because the secondary headers can use some bolding making it a little confusing to read without the bolding to set it apart.
In addition, less healthy meats, fats and etc could be sparingly incorporated instead of shunning them entirely, unless there are medical conditions involved or an individual is just trying to go healthy.
