Quick read. Nice simple cases. Good read if you want to get your books amount up for 2024.

I enjoyed the book a lot. But some of the newer cases that have been covered are aging badly. Also I saw a small error calling a missing child from Donegal Mary Doyle when her name is Mary Boyle. I'd say read about the murder than do a quick Google to see if there's been any developments since this book was published.

The book presents a series of Irish murders in chronological order. Interestingly told, I have had this book in my TBR stacks for years. In fact the used book store I bought it from no longer exists. The many stories are well told, each one a few pages long.
