First I'll confess that I haven't seen any of the movies. I haven't seen any of the movies. I am actually impressed that a PG-13 movie could be boiled down into something that is the right level for my preschooler. Rather boring for me to read, though. I felt like putting on a cheesy smile and patting myself on the head when I was done reading it.

A nice way to give for kids a very basic understanding of how Spider-Man's new suit works.

Kids are confused when rhe book talks of Spider-Man battling Venom, but there is no picture of Venom in the entire book.

Just as bad as the movie. My elementary school students like it...can you go wrong with superheroes, especially Spider-Man?
