Rylee Colton came to Las Vegas to play in a poker tournament and make some fast cash teaching rich guys how to play Texas Hold ‘Em.
So how did she end up sitting across the poker table from disgustingly handsome billionaire, Memphis Foster in a game of high stakes poker?
The bet? A million dollars if she wins, or a month of total surrender to him in the bedroom if she loses.
Seems like a win-win.
Unless he goes to prison first.
Turns out her hot billionaire with a penchant for risky bets is facing some legal trouble that may put them both at risk. Now she has to decide if she’ll risk it all for a chance at love or protect her heart and get the hell out of town.
No Limits is the compiled edition of the duet and includes Risky Bet and All In. Both titles were previously published separately. This edition includes additional chapters at the end.
Ivy Nelson writes delicious contemporary romance with kinky alpha heroes and sassy heroines you wish could be your best friend. Club Solitaire is her favorite fictional place to hang out in, and she spends most of her free time spinning tales set there. Ivy currently lives in Las Vegas with her husband of five years and their son. When she isn’t writing, she’s probably reading something dirty or drinking wine with her readers on Facebook in the Ivy's Diamond Divas reader group
I read the original version of this book, Betting on the Billionaire. For the most part the following review is the same. Still a great read. However, there has been an introduction of a totally new character who I’m guessing we are going to get to know more in the second book All In, as this story now ends on a cliffhanger....
Bk 1. Risky Bet: Rylee is invited to Las Vegas to teach a bachelor party how to improve their card skills. It just so happens that there’s a poker tournament on at the same time that she’s going to play in. Memphis is attracted to Rylee from the minute they’re introduced and would love to explore his BDSM fantasies with her. Struggling with an ongoing legal issue, he finds himself under house arrest whilst he is under investigation and challenges Rylee to a game of poker. If he wins, she has to spend his lockdown with him and enjoy some fantasies of her own. This is an excellent story that doesn’t disappoint. It’s well written with interesting characters. Superb.
Bk 2. All in is the conclusion to Risky Bet, the story where Memphis and Rylee first met and a passionate relationship between them began. But just who has it in for Memphis? At the end of book one it seemed simple and straightforward but as this story progresses, no stone is left unturned and no one is out of the firing line. An excellent extension and development to what was initially just the one book. Both the characters and the story are extended and this does not disappoint. Thoroughly enjoyable.
Rylee arrives in Vegas intent on winning a high stakes poker game and making some easy money teaching some rich guys to play Texas Hold 'Em. What she doesn't figure into the mix is Memphis Foster ~ devastatingly handsome, pantie meltingly hot and with a bet that Rylee may actually prefer losing.
Rylee and Memphis' story is hot, but then I wouldn't expect anything less from Ivy Nelson. Rylee is sassy and the interactions between her and Memphis are a chuckle-fest.
As usual, Ivy manages to interweaves a steamy romance with a gritty storyline that puts Rylee and Memphis' burgeoning romance in harms way. But who wants to hurt them and why?
The cake/plot seemed like it was in the background. Tidbits were dropped throughout the 2 books more like an after thought. The icing/intimacy was always in the forefront. Memphis is self assured, dominant, and despite being a Billionaire in his company, wasn't aware two of his best friends were taking advantage of him. There's no build up to their love story, it's just there. I think with some fine tuning this could be a 5 star read. No cheating and because this has the complete story no cliffhanger. You also get the beginning of a happy ever after. Enjoy 🤓
Who knew playing cards could lead to hot spicy times...
This story of Memphis and Rylee is beyond incredible. The hot, steamy, and oh so fabulous sexy time woven through this story is phenomenal. The chemistry between the characters and the story itself is funny and suspenseful. Rylee's character has grit and this sassy funny side that I love! Everyone's favorite Vegas Diamond Dom's appearance only adds to the story. The threat on both of them comes from an unlikely source.
I loved Memphis and Rylee's story. Heading to Vegas for a poker tournament and to teach a bachelor party the rules to poker, Rylee landed herself in the middle of a house arrest with Memphis which caused all sorts of problems!! Brilliant storyline with wonderful characters and absolutely loved the HEA.
I got a serious adrenaline rational reading this book. Not only was it super hot it was very suspenseful. Rylee is one lucky lady and I Envy her and Memphis relationship
A card game training session turns out to be so much more. The combination of business, drama, suspense, emotional reactions, sex and love. Evil takeovers from friends, who to trust, who is deceitful. A great combo throughout this story. Great read
As always Ivy takes you on a fantastic journey as you get to know Rylee and Memphis. Wonderful characters, interesting storyline and plenty of heat. Go all in with this story, you’re guaranteed to win.
I enjoyed this book. It was good. It had an interesting story and interesting characters. Good erotica. I’ve read many of Ms. Nelson’s books and they are always great!
What a delight Memphis and Rylee's story was. I read this completely out of order but it didn't make a difference and it was so enjoyable. I just love the characters that this author has created and hope to read more about them in the future.
I have read every book this author has ever written and have never been disappointed. Memphis and Rylee have the ride of their lives in this book. Things come to head that they never expected. The stakes are high in this game and will Rylee be able to pay this debt off if she looses. Once again another great read from an amazing author. I actually stay up and finish the books she sends me to review.
I received a free copy of this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
