this is one of my favorite books because it is about my favorite movie. it is about a cuban man named tony montana and he is a mafia and he becomes this really rich man hes like top of the line he buys a tiger to protect his house then gets married to the love of his life but that does not turn out good. after they are married they go out for dinner and tony gets drunk and he starts yelling all of these things that make her feel really bad. so she just walks out on him. then his sister has a private marrage with tonys assitant and he goes to her house and finds him at the door he pulls out a gun and kills him righ ton the spot. now his sister is crying and being a pain so he puts her in his car and takes her to his house. what he does not relise is that there is another gang hiding in his property and this meens war so he is in his office and his sister comes in and she gets shot about 38 time, now tony yells if its war you want its war your gonna get the world is mine say hello to my lil friend. and he shots up the whole place and then he gets shot about 10 times still alive then he says is that all you got huh ? and then a guy comes behind him and shots him with a double barrel shot gun and hes dead.
i can relate this to my life becausei have the game and i play it all the time.
i give this book a 5 because it always had action in it and it was not boring at all and i think people who like war should read this book.

This book really portrayed the downward spiral of one trying to club the ranks of the drug world. Tony Montana was a man who ended up owning everything he ever wanted but seemed to lack something inside of him. This book is basically the movie without all of the graphics.

Skull, now inches from Tony's back, pulls the trigger and blows Tony's spine out his belly.
Tony crashes forward over the bannister into the interior swimming pool below. He floats quietly face down in the lit blue waters.
As the titles begin their crawl up, the music theme is expressive salsa with a dash of gaiety.
The camera moving off Tony to catch the reflection of the lit sculpture on the surface of the still waters. It says: "THE WORLD IS YOURS"
And so, for the brief moment, it was.

I actually read the novelization of this movie, not the scriptbook, when I was about 12 years old. What was my mom thinking???
