Good informational text about a variety of different water-related issues, including the oceans and seas, preservation of water, animals that live in the water, etc. This is probably good for readers in 1-3 grade to gather information as there are some longer words in here. There are photographic images to help illustrate the text.

A few longer words that were very difficult for Jack, but he did well. A good basic information book about water and why it is so important. The Dk level 2 books are a useful introduction to many topics for children grades 1-3.
