Blum is a healer based in Traditional Chinese Medicine who uses acupressure and auricular therapy in her treatments. In this book, she explains how women can use the 24 "Forbidden Pregnancy Points" to regulate their cycles and to heal themselves of, if not the root cause, at least the symptoms of many ailments. I found this book very easy to read and very helpful. My only problem is that the meridian point charts can be difficult to decipher if you don't already know where the points are. It's helpful to work with an acupuncturist or someone else who can show you where the points are and help you to find them.

Empowering and inspiring. Women, we can know our bodies, love our bodies, and rejoice in balance. It takes some work and diligence and tenacity, but being connected to our wellness and bodies and curves and cycles in this way yields so much true wealth. On the way, there is much to be learned about ourselves on every level and plain. Women, we are amazing.

I read this and immediately went to work on my wife and got immediate results. Within three months no menses undesirable effects. Her irregular schedule quickly turned into three days of here and gone. I Am a man gifted this book in College by a female friend and told me I needed to share it. Unfortunately most I do share it with act as if or thinks it’s strange and my don’t think it’s the real deal. It is and I gifted a copy to two of my three daughters and countless young women who I hope benefit. My youngest daughter is six and Daddy will definitely have her copy ready when she graduates to young womanhood. As always whether or not any use it is up to them. You’ll be glad you did.
