Hands down this was the easiest way to review the basics while I was in a more complex class. Every time I saw something about "we remember from anatomy that...," I grabbed this one and then I actually DID remember. Straight-forward explanations in this one made it easy to refresh my memory, sometimes simplify the way I was thinking about things, and then get on my way. As I get further from when I was in the core of those detailed, insanely hard classes, this book will only get more valuable.

This is a basic introduction to help reader learn all major body systems and processes.This really helps explain how body systems and structures work together.I'm so glad I find a easy-digest way to learn human body.

Im not exactly a huge fan of science, yet with the career I chose I use it on a daily basis. Great educational book for those who like things broken down into lamo terms.
