One of those books that you'd finish in one day.
David Carroll gives you a brief introduction about all wonders of the world from his own point of view, divided into sections like THE wonders of the world, wonders of the natural world, wonders of the animal world, world of mankind monuments and so on.
What strikes me the most is the colored pictures, simply loved them, although they could have been better and more rich yet they suffice for someone who's still crawling in the world of reading and are enough to drive him/her more curious.
I would recommend it to anyone who's into a quick enjoyable reading.
