This book won't make much sense till a person is ready for it. It will be an aid to getting past the random "mind noise" when a person is at the point in their like they really want to see more clearly. She does employ some yoga like techniques, such as deep breathing , however
she is able to help people draw closer to their own God.

Offers some good advice, but it is hard to follow the advice. Most of us do not have 30 minutes a day to sit, write and contemplate.
