Fantastic book. Got it a couple of years back and have made some muffins from it. They all taste great! Simple and easy to follow. Please follow the recipe as written. Muffins being muffins, the key is NOT to over mix. She is clear about that in her book. Great book! A good book for newbies to muffins, like me.
