Truly Touching and inspiring

I choose to read this book because I'm investigating the book of Mormon and the Latter Day Saints. This book has many inspiring letters of young missionaries of the Church. To hear these young ones deep love and appreciation for Jesus and Heavenly Father is truly beneficial and faith building. Although the book is entitled Missionary Miracles, don't expect to read amazing miraculous happenings throughout.
Although this book does contain some of those kinds of Miracles, it is not permeated with it. However all the experiences are still uplifting and faith inspiring. If you want to read a book containing many many amazing miracles from God upon the Latter Day Saints missionaries I would suggest reading " Mine Angels Round About You" by David Frederick Babel.

Short and sweet compilation of missionary letters from elders and sisters serving in various missions across the globe. This was a good one for me with one son nearing the end of his mission and one preparing to leave soon. They were in my thoughts during the whole book.

Just a short little book taken from missionaries writing letters home. Some sad, some sweet, but always with the Spirit. Thank you!

This book is a compilation of letters from missionaries. There are a couple of very touching stories in this book that brought tears to my eyes. I was expecting it to be full of "big" miracles but many of them were smaller everyday life changing experiences. It's a quick easy read that would be great for a Sunday afternoon.

Very uplifting collection of letters from missionaries in the field. One of them was even written by a sister in my first district and it took me back to those best days of my life.

Stewart and Crowley compiled a great book here, and the diversity of topics makes it a good source of inspiration even for those who don't have family in the field.

Typical stories from missionaries throughout the world on some of the special experiences they experience as missionaries. If you have been on a mission, have a missionary in the field, or have had a missionary in the field, a friend, or family member and have read their letters, you will relate to the stories told in this very short book.

This is a small book but with a powerful punch. I went through several kleenex while reading this one. I will be reading it aloud to my future-missionary sons soon.

This was a touching book, quick to read. My only complaint is how short the book is!
