In a battle of the sexes…If agony aunt Rita Steadman ever received a letter asking for advice about a man like Dorian Black, she'd tell the writer to run for the hills. Every inch of the impeccably dressed, arrogant divorce lawyer spells trouble. Which makes it all the more frustrating that she can't stop thinking about his gorgeous smile, broad shoulders and mesmerizing eyes! Will love come out on top?On paper, Rita's antiman advice column convinced Dorian they were a match made in hell. In person, there's a spark neither can deny, one that draws them together again and again.…

I write light, easy romance novels that are fun to read and have a lot of heart. My characters are quirky and engaging, the kind of people you'd love to hang out with. The romance is real, the heat level medium--the tiniest sprinkling of spice to make it just right.
In a previous life, I published with mainstream imprints like BET Arabesque, Dafina, and Harlequin Kimani, but now I've gone full indie. The adventure has begun!
Also, I’m from Trinidad and Tobago, in the sunny (okay, sometimes wet) Caribbean. I think that brings a lot of saucy fun to my writing.

Dear Rita is the second novel I've read by Simona Taylor...it's just an OKAY read...the characters ran HOT & COLD for me...sometimes I enjoyed them...other times they are quite annoying...and I usually LOVE the whole virgin heroine theme in novels...however, I didn't care for the way Dorian and Rita's first intimate encounter played out...it was DEFINITELY different...but it didn't work for me...just NOT at all what I expected...and the wrap up of the whole mystery "stalker" scenario is a bit disappointing.
