It’s a long slow read that takes you along the life of a women, and her family. I love the very personal was it is presented. And the first hand feeling you get. Like you had been there in the turn of the century. I also found the ending rather poetic.

The life of a Dakota pioneer woman through three generations. Sort of a woman's magazine type of novel. Good character study. Not too profound.
