A thought-provoking collection of essays that is more “interacting with the book Job” than it is “interpreting the book of Job,” though there are certainly many valuable insights to be gleaned on the latter subject. The perspectives on this books exclude both radical postmodernist deconstructionism and confessionally evangelical/conservative inerrantism. It is my impression that most - but not all - of the authors would be most comfortable with Neo-orthodoxy.
