Why make New Year's resolutions you know you won't keep? According to seminar leader and cofounder of the Wright Institute, Judith Wright, there are any number of ways you can better your life-you can quit smoking, start exercising, save toward a bigger house-but the attainment of real life satisfaction requires a fundamental shift in perspective, the ability to make the One Decision that will completely transform the fabric of one's life.
This powerful book demonstrates how to isolate and articulate the One Decision that will lead to the life you want to live, and how to allow this simple yet profound choice to become the guiding force in everything you do. Follow the "30 Days to Your One Decision" program at the end of the book and watch your life transform for the better . . . forever.
This book literally 'found' me. I was going through the stacks in the library, and as I turned a corner, this book jumped out at me. Maybe it's a matter of good timing (since I'm going through some major changes at work), I thought I'd pick it up and give it a try. The message is a compelling one: just make that one decision that will guide your life in all aspects. Not quite the easiest thing to do, but I'll give it a try. Need to find some meaning in life, and this has to be easier than having kids! =p
This book has been the best $2.00 I have ever spent! I bought it at Half Price Books and it sat on myshelf for months. I suppose until the universe decided I was ready for it. So Far I am loving this book!! It really has inspired me to define my path and live my life as an adventure!
Your life was meant to be a glorious adventure. You were given the magnificent gift of life so that you could explore and discover yourself, your potential, your gifts, and the infinite possibilities in the world around you.
There is one decision to make about your life that will guide every single choice thereafter.
This book made a big impact in my life. I looked at every minute as more of a choice than I had before. The one decision I chose was to "Live a life of adventure". I updated the way I dress, started to travel much much more and went for more in my job as a Manager.
