A hint about the book is it tells you mostly everything you need to know About the dog you need to research. The book is good and i was excited. I recommend this book to people how love dogs or are doing a research On a kind of dog. It would also teach and show all the different dog breeds In the world that you did not know about. I loved this book so much I have Read this book twice this year I have really read it three times al together.
+ Colour photos + A good variety of breeds featured + Keys for quick reference + An index at the back if you need to look for a specific breed + Small and compact size
And yes... I read a dog breed book, pretty much from front to back. Skipped a bit of the appearance descriptions and breeding histories near the end, but up until the middle I was reading every single word. :P That's just the kind of person I am. (And I bookmarked my favourite breeds!)
One of the best gifts I've ever received from my Dad ❤️ My friends have asked me how I'm able to identify dogs we encounter so easily and quickly, and it all goes back to this book - I must have flipped through it hundreds of times as a kid. Even now, I can so clearly recall the specific images and descriptions used for each breed.
Since he knew how much I enjoyed the Dogalog, my Dad bought me a copy of the Catalog, too 😸
Great book. A must have as a quick to hand description of all Breeds recognised by the British Dog Breed Authorities. Quite a few common breeds recognised internationally aren't included an thats the only downside. Great for discussions and children love to look through it.
i love this book , i still remember i got this book as my birthday present . i was so into dogs and i wanted one but my parents didn't want me to adopt one because it is a huge responsible to look after a dog , so , in the end my parents got me a dog book which i discover the dog breeds .
