Haven't read it yet. Author was on NPR's Science Friday. Who knew the space suits in the Apollo mission were made by...Playtex! 21 layers of various materials hand-sewn to a tolerance of 1/64 inch by women taken off the girdle and bra manufacturing lines. Fascinating behind the scenes story.
