He received the National Cartoonist Society Newspaper Comic Strip Award in 1995, and the Reuben Award in 2012 for his work on the strip. He also served as co-executive producer of The WB animated television series of Baby Blues.

a great and funny book as always :)

It's the usual Baby Blues humor, starting in this case, shortly after Wren's birth. I found it an enjoyable light read with some touches of sweetness. Some of my favorite strips out of the book include Darryl baby-sitting Wren & Bunny naming her twins.

Simply love these books. If I could own them all, I would. If you have ever felt outnumbered by your children, and find humor in chaos, this comic is for you.
