Arthur and Kit Knight are best known for their association with and histories of the Beat writers and rightly so, but Art could write just about anything -- I always loved his poetry. I was privileged to publish a small number of his pieces many decades ago, when he was at work on this manuscript. I remember how important it was to him and they way he sold it to me made it sound fairly original and interesting. I was glad to know I was able to publish just a little bit of it in serial form while he was putting it together and turned out to be a very good, solid read, just as expected. One can pick out nearly any of the Knights' books and feel assured they'll be happy reading it, but this one I'll always recommend not only because it's good but truthfully because I'm a bit biased and I've always rooted for it. Recommended.
