If you are an Amway distributor you will probably like, maybe even love this book. Basically I thought this book was a puff piece book about Amway. Conn calls himself a professional watcher of Amway and its business operation for a long time and that he is not a distributor. After reading this book I found it to be rather one sided and not a very critical look at Amway. Conn also seems to dismiss the few criticisms that people have about Amway and the way they do business.

Not a great read in the current world. Shows some nice practices and principles of a personal sales business. Overall, feels rather like an advertisement of the Amway company, despite the assurance it is not, in the beginning of the book.

Another book about the Amway story. Too bad not everyone can see their dreams blossom as these two did!
