This book is quite out of date now though there are still much you can take away which is applicable today. The first section on preparing which considers the importance of defining your purpose and knowing your audience continues to be importance building blocks for a good presentation. Preparing yourself through giving consideration to voice, appearance and body language have no become subjects of interest in themselves. Delivering a presentation, particularly rehearsing it, has become even more significant in the Tedtalk age. Probably, the section I foud most interesting was handling the audience. Some good pointers on judging the mood and coping with hostility were helpful. Ironically, the essential focus of a presentation to educate, entertain and explain were timely reminders for me. A helpful read.
