Summing up from “All you need to know POSITIVE THINKING” book, talking about energy.
.
.
Positive thinkers are most probably energetic. The fact that they have their purpose of their lives clear, they know how to keep themselves energetic and motivated.
But sometimes life has another plan for us. Certain circumstances happen in our lives that keeps us away from our dreams, leaving us with STRESS.
Stress is a normal part of our lives. We can’t exclude it from our lives or neglect it. But we can live with it.
Trying to gain our Optimum Energy by eating a balanced diet, exercise regularly, taking a rest, relax and recreate.
*Eating a balanced diet: Try to lower your sugar and caffeine intake. Eat more fibre and fruits and vegetables.
*Exercise: A little regular exercise will make a big difference later on. Both mentally and physically. Working out for 7 min a day only as a start. Go for a walk, dance, stretch or play with your kids.
*Rest/Relax: Sleep well (quality not quantity). Read a book, listen to some music, enjoy sipping a hot herbal tea. But what if you have so many thoughts that keep you awake??!, just write them down on a piece of paper and promise that you will think about them in the morning.
*Recreation: Remember the 7 habits of highly effective people. Do you remember the 7th habit “sharpen the saw”. That is the recreation. To recharge your batteries, take your time with yourself and nurture yourself.
This is how you could enhance your natural energy even while having your worst times.

Positive thinking comes naturally to some people, but for others it takes a bit of work. This book sets out the steps required to put you on the road to thinking positively and developing a rounded, balanced outlook. Much of the core of this book is found in other self-help books, specifically reflecting on your values and how they mesh with your everyday life. Ultimately, the more they are in tune, the happier and more positive you are likely to be. Not a bad book, and quite helpful when you are feeling somewhat lost and directionless. It probably would take several readings for all the lessons to sink in.

Found the chapter on dealing with negativity worth reading. Other parts are more or less common sense.
