TOM FELTENSTEIN, the co-author, gave me an autographed copy of this book at the 2012 Internation Franchise Association (IFA) Convention. It contains twenty-one, inspirational vignettes, and I intend to focus on just a few for some innovative changes I plan for my own annual meeting with my franchisees. This book came just at the right time for me.

Every once in a while they need to be cleaned out," highlights the need for continual adaptation and discarding outdated practices and ideas.
