It is not easy to read this book. But when I read it from cover to cover, I found that this was the best book of my 2020.

Most of the topics can be gained through daily experience, e.g., how to make people change attitudes, how to broadcast impact, etc.

Some takeaways to refresh my understanding:
- We do something, and then come up with theories to justify it.
Hack: Force ourselves start from some good habits, then good attitudes regarding these habits will also emerge.

- Other hacks: subliminal perception.
