Mr. Keller writes about crimes and criminals, and this particular series deals with cold cases that have finally been solved. Most have been solved after decades through the use of improved DNA testing technology. Several of these have been featured on Forensic Files so they are familiar but the rest are relatively unknown.
The author does his typical job, describing the victim and the evidence. Then on to any other possible crimes and any incarceration. After decades go by, a cold case unit reopens the case and the evidence becomes crucial in identifying the perpetrator. As usual, I search for the victims and several of the perpetrators have passed away in prison.
I never let a Robert Keller book,go by I’ve read every book,he has written and I never fail to be captured with the stories,he writes so well never any grammatical mistakes,or spelling just a great author if u have never read any of his books, please start now you won’t be disappointed
Murder is truly horrendous and within the pages of this book you will read about cases where the killer was caught, prosecuted, and jailed all through the diligence, and patience of law enforcement officers. Definitely worth the read.
These true crime cases keep me glued to my Kindle. One had towns in CO I'm familiar with. The one about NCIS was really informative because we watched the series. Author is good the way he describes the characters.
I love when the stories are precise but also highlight other reasons for certain people being investigated. It’s always quite a surprise to law enforcement as well as the reader when the suspect is someone else.
Each story was interesting as the one before it. The whole series had all the information that is needed for a great true crime writer. Can’t wait to read more of his books.
Another excellent selection of cold cases that have now been solved for true crime fans to enjoy. This collection of 18 cases includes some really interesting investigations. Although most of the cases had to wait for DNA technology to catch up, sometimes the DNA results just confirmed what the investigators already believed.
It is a tragedy that so many innocent lives are sacrificed because monsters roam the earth and there is no way to identify them before they destroy.
