Jeffrey is published in 114 countries and more than 47 languages, with more than 750,000 5* reviews with international sales passing 275 million copies.
He is the only author ever to have been a number one bestseller in fiction (nineteen times), short stories (four times) and non-fiction (The Prison Diaries).
Jeffrey has been married for 53 years to Dame Mary Archer DBE. They have two sons, William and James, three grandsons and two granddaughters, and divide their time between homes in London, Cambridge and Mallorca.
A thrilling plot, almost makes you feel like wathcing a full length movie. Jefferey Archer is at his best in this work again.
The story is fast paced and keeps moving you at all places, Prison, Jail-mates convesations, Streets of town etc, and does not lose you for even for a page. I like the part of Scotland, where rising morning and hotel scenes are so nicely written that you tend to feel for a moment that you are there.
This novel is about one man's love, lending in Prison for a murder which he did not, Fiance's gripping attachment, escaping from Jail and returning and fighting back, fetching money as dummy claimer, romance.....and rest you can read....i won't suck your interest further.
I am amazed at writing power of this author, about his imaginations, tweaking situations and creative turns in story. When you read you feel there, in Britain, Scotland, Prison, Geneva, Airport,....
Read it, its worth spending on entertainment squeezed in few hundred pages.
