This is a tiny little book and a quick read. The idea is that you can carry it around with you any time, and refer to any of the parts as needed. There are quick, fairly easy exercises you can do too.

I would recommend this book to anyone who suffers from anxiety and/or stress, or even just a vague feeling that they aren't living their best life. It covers a range of useful, science-based topics that focus on different aspects of mental and emotional wellbeing and bring it together in a holistic way. It combines elements of western therapy as well as parts of eastern traditions.

I've struggled with anxiety for a long time now and despite having done a lot of therapy, reading and thinking on it, I still learnt some useful tips and tricks and new ways to think from this little book. I've noticed myself being more mindful and thinking about my values more since reading it. Some parts may stand out for you, other parts may not resonate as much. But I think everyone would get something useful from it. 😊
