This is not for the small time conspiracy buff. This book is 100% new age craziness that for the average person will take a lot of faith in the authors world view to get through.

The book is pretty dry. It is written almost like a technical manual. But, that also means no glaring grammar issues. This is not a failure or success of this book.

The subject matter is why you might read this book. It covers a view of life, dimensions, the afterlife, time travel, teleportation, meditation, and lots of other crazy out there ideas. It is very interesting and to be honest a lot of the material is pretty standard for new age beliefs, but the way it is presented as just plain fact makes it feel like a huge leap of faith.

The biggest flaw of this book is that it is actually part self help manual. Although the book does make you want to dive in and try some of the activities, the dryness of the written meditations and repetition from exercise to exercise is enough to make you want to put the book down.

Overall lots of info. Great place to consolidate the basic new age philosophy of life and afterlife, but not a front to back type of read.

Except for last 4 ch's felt like I needed his Cd's

I listened to the AudioBook version and only the last 4 or so chapters were good but not much that was useful. The Robert Monroe Trilogy (Journeys Out of Body, Far Journeys, & Ultimate journey) and William Bulman's book (Advetures Out of the Body) were signifanctly better. I did not learn any techniques and thrpighout the book, despite whatever scripts he provided and through his example stories he mentioned was made to feel I needed to buy his hypnosis mp3's. They are expensive but if they are really as good as he says they are, then I might buy a few to try them out in the future - but I got nothing useful out of this book. The last 3 or 4 chapters dealt with Quantum Mechanics and a little Law of Attraction towards the very end but nothing in depth and all was very basic. Hacking the out of Body Experience by Robert Peterson gives over 50 techniques (but read the above mentioned 4 first). For this book? I really listened all the way through and tried to give it a chance but sadly, I have now returned it for a refund.
