I ain’t got no Money !!
Jenna why do you do this to us ?! Why are these books so f-bombing good ? I mean come on Mob bad boys and pretty girls !! Yesss !!
But on a simplistic note let’s get to the meat and potatoes.
Jenna delivers us a light Christmas romcom with just a touch of spice and a whole bunch of drama to make us wonder what will happen at every corner.
Our MC Leía is just a barista at her local coffee shop who has a dad who hits the casino too hard with pockets just a tad bit too small. So of course as a collector her future boo thing Sterling appears to collect the “man’s money” !! What Leía does not expect is that he will collect her as collateral instead. She expects this whole thing to be a nightmare. But would a monster touch her that way? Make her smile? Hit her off with a candle style back blow ? Well of course not !!
But Jenna makes us work to see where these sparks will fly and I am happy to say it gets better with each story.

I really enjoyed this book , I was hooked the whole way through, I really loved Leia's shyness and how Sterling helped her through it , Sterling was not what I expected, I though things were going to go one way but it was great to find out that I wasn't right all the spicy scenes where 🥵🥵 and that last chapter 👀👀🤯🤯 hen we met Sterling's boss I was like no no no! 🤯🤯🤯 I only wish it could have been longer

Leia loves her dad and knows that he has had a gambling problem since she lost her mother, he has promised her time and time again that he will stop only for them to be empty promises, still she is an eternal optimist and hopes that one day that he will keep that promise. Only everything changes in the blink of an eye when she arrives home to discover Sterling, a debt collector there to take anything of value and she is that prize. Knowing she has no choice but to go with him, but she wasn’t expecting to enjoy spending time with him or thinking that they were meant to meet. Just when it looks like she has found the man that was always meant to be with, his boss seems to have a different idea. Will she be traded to another man, or will she escape with Sterling?
Sterling has been an enforcer for as long as he can remember, and his reputation is enough to make most men cower in his presence. This was meant to be a job like any other only when she walks through the door does he realize that he is there for her and he is taking her as payment for her father’s debt, well that is what he tells himself. He suddenly finds that he cares for someone more than he ever thought possible. How they met may have not been the norm, but he intends to keep her until his dying day, and he knows that could be sooner rather than later when his boss suddenly decides that she will be his. Will Sterling make it out of this with his life and the woman he loves or has the time come that he is going to pay the ultimate price for his life?
This book had more twists and turns than the normal books that this author has written but I really liked how they found each other and how far that Sterling was willing to go for love. 4.3* Read.

Leia's dad has a serious gambling problem and he got himself into a bunch of debt with a mob run casino and lost it all, leaving him with no way to pay the debt back. When Sterling comes to collect the money for his boss, he winds up leaving with Leia instead. He is so sweet with her, helping her pack and bringing her to his house for safekeeping. Sterling was nothing but a gentleman the whole time even though he was completely in love with her, he waited for her to be ready for more and gave her her own room. That dream scene broke my fucking heart, I thought it actually happened, I was SO glad that it was just a nightmare! I figured that Sterling's boss was going to be a problem but I did nor know how disgusting he was going to be. When Sterling and Leia went to his Christmas party, his boss basically eye fucked her in her red dress and told Sterling that as collateral she belonged to him and he was going to take her for a ride. Sterling offered to pay her father's debt so that he could love her freely but his boss declined and said to bring her upstairs to him in 15 minutes so that he could take her against her will. He was fucking disgusting and I am so glad that Sterling said over his dead body and came up with a plan to get them out of the situation. Sterling and Leia were perfect for each other and I am so happy that they got their HEA and I will read it again.

He claims her and repays the debt himself just to make Leia his. Then Sterling has a big problem, when his boss sees Leia he wants to claim her himself.

Our heroine needs to pay off her father's debt and our hero needs to start a family. Time for some intense negotiation.
This is a short romance story with a interesting twist to it. The story is very well written and easy to read, so no issues there. Our characters are also well developed and have great chemistry right from the start. It was plain and simple fun watching them make a deal. Along the way, we get plenty of steam and a nice HEA epilogue. Overall, another fun story and look forward to more from this author.

This is an instalove romance between Sterling and Leia. These flawed but likeable characters and the unique plot make for an entertaining read. It is a sweet love story with enough drama, angst, steam, sweetness, frustrating moments, unexpected twists and turns, and engaging secondary characters to keep the reader interested. The main characters share an undeniable chemistry and connection. A steamy, quick read.

Jenna writes great novellas that feel like you have read a full length novel as you know her characters so well... Leia's dad owes the mob money and has no way of paying off his debt's. This is one of those books that i love from this author as I can feel the chemistry between the main characters and it has the romance shine through and take centre stage in this book. The book flows nicely and doesn't feel forced or fake so I can sit back and happily devour their romance. The storyline had me hooked straight away and I happily finished this book in one go... I cannot wait to read more like this in the future!.

Another amazing read by the incredible Jenna Rose. Leia has been down on her luck trying to support herself, and keep her problems from coming to light. When Sterling comes for payment and her Dad doesn't have it, he takes Leia. These two have quite the story and you will love their perfect ending. I'm a huge fan of every book this author writes.

Its insta love for our MMC and I guess the same is true for our FMC. Its a nice short read with a bit of steam, a possessive hero who will stand against the world, in this case the mafia, to protect his love.
I liked the MMC, he is a decent guy when you removed him from his current world.

Love the story , could not put down my kindle until I finish this book. Sterling was quite surprisingly likable. quick read. Love the chemistry and the ending was great.
