感谢金教练。读书之后,不管在平时走路,爬楼梯,还是慢跑时候,积极使用书中教授的体干驱动发。真是立竿见影。走路感觉更轻松了,爬楼梯腿脚一点不疼痛了。跑步时膝盖的疼痛感也降到了最低可以忍受的范围了。真是相见恨晚的感觉。各位跑友,如果你还在为网络上的各种跑步法而犹豫不决,烦恼不知道该选择哪个的话,我十分推荐本书中推荐的体干跑步法。关于相关视频,在youtube上搜索"ランニング・スタイル"即可找到。Happy running!
