According to the authors, every significant breakthrough in business technology has been underpinned by mathematics. This book is a garbage, do not waste your time on it.

The first 20-30 pages are wasted on praising the new cool thing " BPM" of the third wave, without even explaining what the heck it means, etc.

That should tell you a lot about the content of the book.

Basically, it is your usual "hard sell" business book, with zero meaningful content, just the usual talking about how important BPM is.

Seriously?
Well, thank you, that is exactly why I bought your book, because I was not totally convinced that it is import, thank you for explaining it to me in 300 pages.
