I honestly never liked motivational books but still decided to give this one a try. I didn't like it. I only give it TWO stars because it wasn't all that bad. The reason I didn't like it is because it was too superficial (exactly what I would expect from this type of book). I rather stick to my psychology books tbh

I wouldn't expect this book to change me or my outlook on life if I were you.

This book has a lot of great tips, but at the same time, I think this would be a book for someone who is totally committed to changing their lives. While I plan to use as many of the tips as possible, I honestly can't say one way or the other if I can actually remember to implement them all the time. It takes a lot of effort to shift your thinking.
