Garrett and Suzanne's rocker romance was slightly less entertaining than the first book in this series, VOICES & LIES, but still earned a 4 star rating because of the overall story and character likability.

I am just not so keen on the love at first sight story line, especially when that story line involves a virginal heroine with little to no experience in the love department and a sexed up rocker who can get strange "booty" in every new city. I am willing to suspend reality for the sake of a good erotic read.

I am really looking forward to book 3, it promises casual, no strings attached sex...now that is what I'm talking about...sex in true rocker fashion. We'll just see about that!

Rockstar Garrett Henry is used to fans gawking at him, but something is different when it comes to the blonde beauty glancing his way. As if an invisible string was between them, he finds himself pulled into an undeclared relationship with Suzanne who has no experience with men. Garrett knows he should walk away, leaving her intact, but every fiber of his bieng says she is supposed to be with him. The only hurdle in their way is their lack of communication when it comes to their feelings, if they can put their fears aside they maybe able to hold onto to their love for one another.

Enjoyable read, I liked Garrett a lot. He is not your typical rockstar persona that you usually read about. I was a little conflicted on Suzanne and her rationalization which was conflicted sometimes in the story.

Garret Henry, the sexy and gorgeous guitarist of the famous heavy metal band, who has slept with more women than he can remember meets Suzanne Cassidy, society beauty, innocent, artistic, talented and shy, with no idea or interest in his music or talent. Wow..talk about explosive!!!

I’m not so sure if I can believe someone as naïve and virginal as Suzanne would actually have a one night stand on first meeting…okay the guy is beyond hot…but ..okay..this is fantasy here..so..yes, she would!!!

I admired the manner in which Garrett handled the situation when he discovers how innocent Suzanne was, even though he felt so attracted to her!!!! Slow, seductive, sweet and so lovely…and WOW….the first seduction….this is one man who knows how to please a woman!!!

This is a romance story with loads of hot and sizzling sex scenes…which I found really delightful and yes, sweetly uplifting.

Garrett and Suzanne are attracted to each other since they first meet. Garrett tries to stay away from Suzanne because of her innocence and background but gives in to his desire several days later. Although Garrett believes he can't settle down due to his devotion to his band, he can't help but falls in love with Suzanne.

Recommend to those who want to read erotic romance with only little drama.

Love this book so much I just got book 3 ,Love my rock guys!( His hand slid under her hair to cup her nape as his lips neared hers."So lets take everything one step at a time."Her lips parted on a moan and his tongue swept into her mouth.Oh sweet Mother Mary,he had the most amazing tongue and knew exactly what to do with it. :) yea Garrett Garrett!

Much better than the first book. Garrett was a total sweetie and Susanne an easy character to like. Didn't care for the surprise baby at the end but oh well still a 4 star read.
