Very interesting and well-structured. The explanations at the beginning about how to interpret art by examining the placements, colors, textures, structures etc of a work really help with appreciating the artworks in the book. The chaptering by theme was a great choice and allows to reflect on what artistic style is best suited to express x or y thing. I also liked that, in the texts explaining how each artwork could be interpreted, context was always mentioned, to highlight that on its own art is rarely sufficient to diagnose someone accurately. Overall this is a great look into the lives and minds of people with DID.
