Enlightening. It's always good to consider more than one viewpoint on ANY given subject, and it was great to read multiple takes all in this one, easy read. Even though it's a few years "old" already, it's interesting to see how many of the things these authors envisioned are coming true. I also learned a lot about myself, and my very limited understanding of Islam. For example - do you know the real meaning of the term "jihad" that we hear bantered about so readily? I had no idea about the origins, and I think it's a concept I'd like to incorporate more in my own life. And if that sounds worrisome, I encourage you to look it up and see what I mean. Absolutely a good read.

Worth skipping. The opposing articles mainly consist of vitriolic writings of well-known Islamaphobes. Some of the Muslims are terrible at defending their religion. Waris Masud justifies wife-beating. Zaid Shakir mentions cutting off people's hands. The articles are too brief for very in-depth or substantial thinking. They are very black and white and represent the most disparate views.
