This title on CD-ROM provides analysis of the cases in the Property casebooks by Cribbet, Dukeminier, and Nelson. The discussion of each case includes an explanation of the facts, issues, holdings, and the court's rationale. Also included is background information to relate the individual cases to the overall sturcture of the subject area. All you have to do is put the CD-ROM in your computer, select the casebook you want to load and register, and you're ready to go. Click on your book in the table of contents to find any chapter, section, or casebrief. Click on any chapter section and the book contents screen will show you the entire comprehensive outline, containing briefs of every major case in the casebook - in the black letter law context they appear in the casebook. You can delete text your professor isn't covering, revise and modify the casebriefs, add class notes - it's up to you. Or, if you just want to focus on the briefs, click on the table of cases tab to get the briefs - no outline to get in the way. Put your class notes in the brief of click on the class notes screen to create them separately from your outlines and briefs.
