Would you enjoy reading it again:
Maybe. This book reads exactly like an episode of the show - luckily I didn't remember the episodes that this book pulls from; if I had, though, I would prefer to watch the show instead of reading the book. - 3

*SUMMARY: Justin falls in love with a vampire where there is some apprehension but they end up being happily together.

Did you enjoy the plot:
Plot was interesting but boring in spots- 4

Did you enjoy the writing style:
Better than most books but it lacked a lot of description of the environment and such, and it repeated a lot of facts a few times (like how Harper is Alex's best friend, they work at the sub station and such)- 4

Good ending?
Very predictable and boring. There was no genuine conclusion to this book: you could argue Justin and the vampire being a couple at the end was the conclusion but there was no moral/lesson and it felt more like a slice-of-life rather than something genuinely meaningful that would possess a purpose- 2

Format: physical book (paperback)
Average rating: 3.25. Round up: 4 stars.

I watched Wizards of Waverly Place religiously during grade school, so it's no surprise that I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Max's antics, in particular, were especially entertaining to me. This was such a fun read.

My love of reading started when i was young, and it gives me immense pleasure to provide books to Spread the Word Nevada, an organization that passes them on to children in the community. They are a terrific organization supporting an important cause. If your local I encourage you to check them out. For those living further a field, look in your own community, their may already be a similar program in place. And if not, you can always help start one.

Myself, I go out on the weekends and
shop thrift store and bulk book lots to rescue books and donate them. Sometimes I'll find a book I remember reading when I was young and will read it again before passing it on.

I don't rate these books using my normal scale, instead I give most of them three stars. This isn't a Criticism of the book, simply my way of rating them as good for children.

Repeated review.

I enjoyed the episode more (not much more), probably because of nostalgia, but this was nice, fun. It’s obviously for kiddos, but I wanted to check it out anyway. It is simple, well-written, perfect for a junior novel. Would I read it again? Not for myself. Maybe if I have kids, I’ll read it to them, so they know what I grew up with.
