Another great story, with a grumpy, rude, sexy hero, and an optimistic, sunny heroine, whose life experiences have not diminished her love of life and people. Extremely enjoyable.

Ray Malloy's story
Ray Malloy is bitter, entrusting of women and now never smiles. Five years previously, his wife cuckolded him, then after giving birth to a daughter, who turned out not to be his, ran off and divorced him. Still he loves this little girl with all his heart.
Out of control, Melody his daughter needs a woman's touch. Against his better judgement he hires a governess. Lily is not what he expected and threatens to crack open his closed heart. Well educated, there are hidden depths.
I liked Ray's character, surly, morose, bitter yet yearning for something outside of his grasp and full of pain. Lily is clumsy, positive, a breath of fresh air. Another God book in this series.

Loved this one--a bit of a mail-order bride type story.
Ray Malloy's got a wild-child five-year-old daughter but no wife. Luck (and maybe his mother's friendship with a nun) brings him assistance in the form of Lillian Wickham, a lovely woman who knows what hardship is, but hasn't let it keep her from living.
Lillian's tough and resilient enough to deal with living in chilly Wyoming, and resourceful enough to figure out how to build bridges to a little girl longing for love and guidance. She also is woman enough to know that what she wants to build with Ray is far different but no less joyful.
The Malloy family is charming as always, and I can't wait to dive into the next book.

Lily Wickham has come to Wyoming to be a governess for Ray's daughter Melody.
Ray Malloy needs a governess for his wayward five year old daughter. He is expecting an older woman. But what he gets is Lily, younger, beautiful, full of sunshine and VERY TEMPTING to him.
He wants to put her right back on that train and send Lily back on her way.
But Lily doesn't give up easily.
Lily does her best to give lessons to Melody but she likes to hide. Ray tries his best to stay clear of Lily, but he can't resist her.
As the weeks go by, they become closer. And they start becoming a family, and Ray feels like he is finally content.
But their happiness doesn't last long when Melody is kidnapped by her mother and her mother's friend.
Lily and Ray race against time to save their daughter. Their trust in each other is tested.
Once they save her, Ray knows in his heart that Lily is his greatest treasure.
"You have given me the greatest gift ever. My life, my family, everything. You are everything to me."
"I can't believe you're really mine, you're really here to stay."
"Believe it." Lily whispered then kissed his palm.
"You aren't getting rid of me anytime soon."
"Thank God."
The Treasure was another great book of the Mallory family. I loved it. Can't wait to read from this series.

I loved it! I look forward to the rest of series. It did well as a stand alone, with just enough about the extra characters to make you want to read them.

The challenges between two characters were quit interesting and also like the other series of Malloy's Family , it had flavor of sex and erotic.
