Robert Schnakenberg has been called "the Howard Zinn of nerd pop culture." He is the author of more than a dozen books, including Old Man Drinks, Christopher Walken A-to-Z, Secret Lives of Great Authors, and the New York Times bestseller The Big Bad Book of Bill Murray. His work has appeared in Penthouse.
I really enjoyed this book. It is inspirational to young children trying to become a famouse basketball players. Kobe Bryant is an amazing basketball player and is a basketball legend. I think that the author did an awsome job of writting this book, he orgamized it really well. I really enjoyed the part talking about the stuggle it took to beacome a basketball legend and how to do so. It is really inspireing to chiildren like us to push for something that we believe that couldn't be posible. I remember once when I tried something for the first time. I did what I thought wasn't possible.
Growing up in Italy, it would be thought that his future was destined to be soccer. However, his father, Joe "Jellybean" Bryant was a professional basketball player, and like father like son, Kobe became one as well. He not only plays the game of basketball, he's the best player, in my opinion. Whether or not you agree with me, I believe his determination as well as consistency to stay in the same team for over a decade and a half has shown his will to compete. Respect is an understatement. I envy his accomplishments as well as his way to entertain with his major feats, including his 81 point game vs Toronto, and his 61 point game at MSG.
