In the long anticipated sequel to Red Hot & Blue, the true blue men of Task Force Zeta are back...and they're hotter than ever Bull: Bull didn't earn his nickname because he has a reputation for being stubborn; he's just a very big boy. But beneath that hard as granite and big as a mountain exterior beats the heart of a caring man. Can a pretty little thing barely five feet tall capture it? Matt: Technical genius and communications specialist Matt Coleman is sick and tired of watching his friends 'get the girl' while the only thing he's had his hands on lately is a computer console. But perhaps Matt has been looking for love in all the wrong places. Could it be that what he's looking for has been right in front of him the entire time? The Commander: The men in his unit refer to him as simply 'the commander'. Hank Miller may have fears, feelings, and desires, but as a leader he refuses to let them show. On more than one occasion Hank has been accused of possessing a heart of stone. When he meets the sexy and smart Lois Gordon, will the normally stoic Hank find himself tempted to break his one rule?

It all started in first grade when Cat Johnson won the essay contest at Hawthorne Elementary School and got to ride in the Chief of Police's car in the Memorial Day Parade...and the rest, as they say, is history. As an adult, Cat generally tries to stay out of police cars and is thrilled to be writing for a living. She has been published under a different name in the Young Adult genre, but released her first romance in 2006.

Today, she is a NY Times & USA Today best-selling, award-winning author of contemporary romance. A promo ho, she's sponsored real live bull riding cowboys and promoted romance using bologna.

This was another easy read, a follow-up to Trilogy No. 103: Red Hot & Blue, which focuses on the men from Special Task Force Zeta, a secret elite anti-terrorist task force.

The first story in this trilogy tells the story of the Commander of the unit, 46 year old Hank Miller, (one sexy hot older man), who finds himself attracted to the mother of two of the men he commands. I liked this story about two lonely older people (not that 46 is old!) who have a great deal of passion and romance--they were hot together!

The second story is about 'Bull' Jones, nicknamed 'Bull' because of his tremendous size. After being cheated on, he never expects to find love again (and the next day!) with a petite harpist who he meets under unusual circumstances.

The third story is about technical genius and communications specialist Matt Coleman. Matt's watched all the members of his unit find romance (even his Commander!)and wonders when, or if, it will ever be his turn. Imagine his surprise when he finds the love of his life and she's been right under his nose for quite awhile!

These were all good stories, quite sexy at times, and with good characterizations. My only complaint is I wish they could have been longer--I just wanted more! But that is the nature of trilogies, anthologies, etc. The stories move fast but sometimes you just crave a little bit more...

I loved all three stories. Another great trio from Cat Johnson

I loved the Commander and Lois' story the best. It was so fun watching him fall for the Gordon boy's mamma. And also the reaction is the three boys. I also loved the moment when Matt found out his Omega team counterpart Sam was a girl and where she was deep undercover.

3 stories loosely bound together as all the heroes are part of the Special Operations Team Zeta. Each story is unique. Steamy and fun - insta-love but you know that going in, right?!
