-Hay libros que nos cambian la vida. Ahora vamos a hablar de otro tipo de libro-.
Género. Novela.

Tim Green has written a book with interesting characters, a great plot, lots of action, and an excellent ending. I'm surprised he doesn't have more of a fan base. A 'dumb jock' writing such good thrillers should be news any day! Of course, I'm being sarcastic since I've heard him on shows and not only is he a great looking guy he's very intelligent.
Interesting cast of characters, with a solid idea, but the book ultimately failed to reach me because the author never lets 3 words do when he could write 3 paragraphs. Every new interaction calls forth a new character that requires 3 pages of backstory, along with paragraphs describing their inner feelings. No one is too insignificant that they don't get a full outline. The end was also painfully silly; all the characters have to come together in the most contrived scene. A waste.
Got this one from the Gates Library. I liked this one! Lots of characters, and plot twists. Cool football stuff, but not over the top. The characters are well fleshed out and tortured with dilemmas (I like that). The good guy gets killed and the bad 'guy' gets away! ;-)
I love the way Tim Green writes! It is wonderful that he is able to plot around the sport (football) he loves and not make it completely about the game. He makes the protagonist human and therefore quite believable. I like that the main characters are flawed as we all are.
Not read a lot of Tim Green's novels, but like what I have read. Outlaws - sports, murder, romance, secret agents, what more could you ask for. Lots of action and a well developed story line. Very good read.
Glimpses of good plotting and how people were intertwined without knowing it, but.... all the in-depth football info was distracting from the story and the last chapters had too much unnecessarily graphic violence.
