Foolproof Guide to Growing Roses

Rate this book
Foolproof Guide to Growing Roses will appeal to anyone who wants roses in their garden. It is ideal for gardeners who have been afraid to grow roses as well as for those who already grow these lovely flowers and want to learn more about them. Unlike many competitive books that originate in Great Britain and do not address North American growing issues, this book covers the effects of local climate on roses. Readers will learn how to care for the plants easily and efficiently, prepare and maintain the soil for optimal plant health, control pests and disease with environmentally friendly techniques, and prune every type of rose.

This book was helpful to me. My roses are struggling and I've had a hard time figuring out why. I think I found the answer in this book. It also had lots of good suggestions and wonderful pictures.
