Not as paranormal as it could have been but very suspenseful
I downloaded another book by this author, Eyes at the Window and enjoyed it so much I decided to buy this one, too. I was a little confused in the first chapter until I figured out the main character had had a nightmare about Lee, but once I understood that, it made sense that the two of them seem so connected to each other. In fact, I would have liked to see a little more of that. That was a missed opportunity, But the suspense plotline more than made up for that, and the characters came across as very real. Even that creepy Charles.
