Why didnt they put up a cover shot? Maybe they dont actually have a copy of the book...
Its three books in one. The first one Hear the train blow is a cracker, Goodby Girlie was an Ok sort of biograpghy, but There was a ship was a bit of self indulgent rubbish
I was left feeling that the author had slammed their fist on the table and declared that they were going to tell itall, tell it just like t s, warts and al - and then proceeded to skirt around the big issues they obviously held so dearly. As a collection, dissappointing
