The Lean Six Sigma & Minitab book is a 300 page guide that is a perfect for Green Belt, Black Belt, and even Master Black Belts as a reference in executing their projects. Each page is filled with Graphics, Charts, Diagrams, Checklists, and Screenshots that include simple how-to explanations, Interpretations that will provide an aide to both those trained and those practicing the Lean Six Sigma Tools and Methods for the first time. I was very impressed with this 3rd edition, leveraging the Minitab 16 version, and included soft skills for team and stakeholder facilitation, and Quality Companion used for tracking project performance. This book would also be an excellent study aide to the Lean Six Sigma Certification exams. Some books provide too much info, others not enough, but Quentin Brook nailed this toolbox guide at just the right balance. Thank you for your contribution to the Lean Six Sigma community.
