sLAsH is a collection of vignettes from the eighties punk scene. Set in a fictional Detroit, Michigan, each slice of life connects through a series of shared events and characters. But this is no ordinary chronology. This story folds in on itself in a way that moves the reader through time and space haphazardly. Characters remain static, but events do not. Some events occur chronologically, others do not. Some events occur in reality, others do not. Yet a question reverberates through this ever-changing landscape of reality: How well do we know the people in our lives?
