Bloodlines

This is the second book to the Satanville series - it covers Jane learning about the history of the satanic cabalistic family from the first book.
Being a novella, Jimi was able to give enough details to really draw you in and not make you feel overwhelmed. I have absolutely fallen in love with the storyline so far, and cannot wait to start the third book.
Of course I docked one star due to the grammatical and punctuational errors.

The second book in the Satanville series did not disappoint!
This follows Jane right after everything that happened in book 1. She now is aware that she's a Bean and her parents lead her down the family tree....and it's just as messed up as you think! I enjoyed how far back Jimi did go to show us the bloodline of the Bean family. Great stuff!
But 1 thing is true......family law was broken and it's time for payback! Jake is also informed of who and what the Bean clan is and is there to help Jane out. The ending set us up for a delicious revenge to come in book 3 and I can't wait! Jimi has created a great world and I highly recommend!

This is how you write a cliffhanger
I'll be the first to admit I struggled with the first book in the series, but my goodness am I glad I held on and read this one! Definitely a 4.75 read for me overall. The gore and such wasn't too much but there definitely could have been more. What was lacking with gore was definitely made up for with the story telling and background info. I truly believe the third (and final?) instalment of this series will be amazing! The way Jimi wrote this was so good, especially as a visual thinker! Not only was I able to put myself in Janes place the entire time, but I could feel the emotions she seemed to be going through. This alone lets me know Jimi Peranteau is definitely an author follow and see what his next works bring to the table!

Welcome back to Satanville!
A month after Jane deals with the worst moments of her life, the truth is finally shared.
While Leg of Jane (book one) focused heavily on the brutality aspect, Bloodlines put that on the back burner and really dove a few levels deeper into the truth of Satanville. As much as I love my fair share of gore, I really enjoyed reading a well written back story. Personally, I thought this book was rather tame, especially compared to what Jimi Peranteau has written previously, but still very fun to read. Can't wait to see what twisted events are coming next.

This is the second book in this authors series. It did have as much gore as the first one but oh man! He did not disappoint with the second book!
In this one we learn about the bean family and how they became to be. We learn all about their family law and how they handle things. But the cliffhanger on this one!!! I need to know what happens next! And the plot twist in this book! Oh my gosh!
Jimi Peranteau is definitely going on my must read list!!

Jimi Peranteau comes back with book 2 of the Welcome to Satanville series! Taking place a month after the aftermath of Book 1, Jane learns about her family history and what must occur since the family law has been broken. Another solid read from Peranteau Interesting cast of characters, well-paced, and a page-turner. I'm looking forward to the third part to be released in October to see how it all ends. Good stuff.

Fast paced!
I read the first book in this series and it left me wanting more now I just finished the second book and i can’t wait for the third to be out! I have to know how the final scene happens! If you like scary, gore and revenge killings then this is the book for you. Check for trigger warnings but man it was a quick read and got me out of my reading slump!

This is the second installment of welcome to Satanville and this is the one where you get a lot of history of Jane's family and who she really is. There is a lot of build up in this one and I absolutely loved the tone of it. I can't wait for the third book!

Backwoods brutality, raw, unapologetic carnage, and what, family loyalty? Sign me up for that!
Peranteau's second Satanville book did not disappoint. We take a deep dive into Jamie's sickening family history and the bloodshed continues as the family gains its revenge.
This was twisted, brutal ride that left me wanting more. I will be adding Peranteau to my list of authors to keep an eye on in the future.
